My God stuff thinkings

We might close our eyes more in public and breathe in God’s presence and His creation – the smell of time, the taste of being, the feel of life interacting with our body, spirit and soul, the sound of existence – then open our eyes to the wonder of vision to it all.

We might seek dark places outside, often, and feel the awe of God while huddling under the weather of the night.

We might climb more often, to relish the intake of breath as we push above our normal horizon.

We might sing out all those feelings brandishing our heart and be surprised at how elevating the sound was.

We would be the best and most prolific speakers in the world as we would have no restraints to our passion and talent in God.

We might step into all moments with the confidence of our Great God beside us and triumph from this powerful and insightful place.

We might twirl more.

We might embrace discipline, knowing the benefits will scream blessing from leaning into God in the tight times.

We might perceive times of personal social injustice as an honor to stand down and let God reveal His long-term plan.

We might chase butterflies with our bare hands and giggle unashamedly.

We would share our every possession.

We would live with a single vision and delight to be approved of by God – and God alone.

Our God, who is truly awesome, says ‘fear not’ hundreds of time in the bible. Smile the biggest smile you have ever attempted at this!!! He loooooovvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeees us!!!!!!

Kylie, I would be delighted to have my name as a side character in your next book. I am telling anyone who will listen that they too must read The Book of Told.

For the first time in many years I have found a book that I didn't want to put down. I wanted to just continue reading to find out where the story was going.
